TRAINING SCHEDULE

Winter/Spring

Pool Swimming

Monday & Wednesday

Coached Pool Training takes place in Clonmel Swimming Pool from January to June.   Sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings.  Note these sessions are limited to 15 participants and are normally fully subscribed.  Members will be contacted by email prior to the commencement of swim blocks.  Please ensure your membership is up to date to continue receiving emails.

Bike

Saturday & Sunday

Bike spins are taking place in Clonmel throughout the year, usually on Sunday mornings but also other days if enough people want to go out together. Spins can be organized for SMALL GROUPS through our WhatsApp group.

Run

Coached run sessions take place on Tuesday evenings. Members will be contacted by email prior to the commencement of run blocks.

SPRING/SUMMER 

​

Our Pool and Run coached sessions tend to finish just as the Summer Race season begins.  

To prepare for race season why not join our TT Series and Supersprint Series?

​

The TT series takes place Thursdays in April.  Check out the TT page for more details

​

Club Supersprints take place on Thursdays in Sandybanks during June and July.

​

Open Water Swimming

​

Our club OW swims take place in Sandybanks. These usually start in May/June, with a number of coached sessions.  From then on groups meet on Monday and Wednesdays.  Join the training WhatsApp to get more details.

Bike

As noted above, bike spins are taking place on Saturdays/Sundays in Clonmel throughout the year.
