Level 5 Lockdown's are now a thing of the past. Let's hope they stay that way. Organised training for the adult members of the club can now resume.

Further information can be found on Triathlon Ireland and from contacting our Covid 19 officer John Griffin or send us an email on the Contact us page.

Coached open water sessions will resume at Sandybanks Clonmel, weather and river conditions permitting. It is hoped that coached pool sessions with Jane will resume in June. Unfortunately we have had to cancel the coached swimming for Monday the 17th May as river conditions were not suitable after the heavy rains at the weekend. Keep an eye on your club emails for updates on sessions for Monday 24th and following Mondays. We look forward to getting back into the river.

These sessions will be coached by Ian and supported by kayak, good practice to get used to open water swimming and the river if you haven't done it before.

Organised bike spins are also resuming from the Railway station in Clonmel, usually on Sunday mornings but also other days if enough people want to go out together.

If you would like to be added to one of the bike What's App groups below please send an email to
